If you're a fan of old movies, you'll have no problem imagining the following picture: black-and-white film, old cars, doctor's office and nurse in the sparkling white uniform. Yes back in the 1940s and the 1950s doctors advertised Camel cigarettes. If you belong to a much younger generation and you "don't dig" these kinds of films, see Mad Men and you'll catch the drift.

It's not a secret that women also smoked (and rather heavily) in those and just like men they participated in cigarette commercials. This particular commercial was shot during the World War II in 1944, featuring a soldier who came back from the war and was put at ease by his wife handing him a Camel cigarette.

The next video is based on the Camel slogan "I'd walk a mile for a Camel". It's a kind of a combo between a thriller, a spy movie and some sort of an indie movie. On hand, it shows that men are willing to go far (literally) for a quality smokes. On the other hand, it demonstrates the true power of addiction, athough nowadays you can buy cheap Camel cigarettes by entering a Camel Duty Free online shop.

Beware of this video! It may make you to answer the call of the wild, the wilderness, adventure or curiosity. Resist this urge, because Camel Trophy no longer exists. In 2000 was held the last and most successful Camel Trophy event, because the new RJR owner - JTI decided to focus on other Camel ventures.
